Marketing · Product Thinking · Customer Strategy

I turn insight into stories, systems and growth.

I work across marketing, product development, brand strategy and community impact—understanding people, shaping propositions and building initiatives that move from idea to execution.

The proposition

Strategic thinking with creative execution.

My Economics background helps me understand markets, incentives and behaviour. Marketing gives me the tools to shape perception, demand and customer experience. Leadership has taught me how to convert strategy into operating systems, coordinate people and deliver under uncertainty.

Product concept in development

Fivzo

A mobile-first AI growth operating system intended to help Indian micro and small businesses move from scattered marketing activity to structured action.

Problem framingProduct positioningFeature prioritisationGrowth logic
ProblemSmall businesses often face fragmented tools, unclear priorities and limited access to structured marketing guidance.
InsightThe greater need is not more content—it is a repeatable decision system that converts diagnosis into action.
StrategyBuild around a clear loop: Assess → Plan → Act → Track → Learn.
What I personally ownedCustomer problem framing, product proposition, feature planning, positioning and growth logic.
EvidenceStructured product concept, journey architecture, feature roadmap and business-model thinking.
Next stepValidate the problem and product proposition through interviews and prototype feedback.
Open recruiter deep-dive
  • Current stage: structured concept and product architecture, not yet a validated live product.
  • Primary hypothesis: small businesses need prioritised guidance and workflow support more than another isolated marketing tool.
  • Validation standard: customer interviews, competitor mapping and prototype feedback must determine whether the proposition is worth building.
  • Success measures to test: clarity of recommended actions, task completion, repeat usage and business-owner confidence.
Early product concept / prototype direction

Settld

Settld is an early student-experience product concept designed for international students preparing to move to Glasgow—helping them organise food, budgeting, daily routines, study goals, movement, sleep and city navigation in one structured system. It is not yet a full-fledged launched app.

UX thinkingStudent experienceCross-device planningLife systems
ProblemInternational students often move with anxiety around everyday survival systems: meal planning, groceries, budgeting, routines, locations, study balance and health habits.
InsightThe transition problem is not only information access—it is turning scattered life tasks into simple, repeatable planning flows.
StrategyDesign a mobile-and-laptop friendly companion that organises daily life through connected modules rather than isolated notes or checklists.
What I personally ownedProblem framing, feature planning, user-flow direction, content structure, dashboard thinking and prioritisation of student needs.
Current stageEarly product concept and prototype direction; not yet a full-fledged or publicly launched app.
Core featuresMeal planning, grocery planning, budgeting, pinned locations, sleep log, study goals, gym/movement tracking and personal routine management.
What this provesAbility to translate a lived user problem into a product structure, prioritise features and think across UX, behaviour and retention.
Open Product Deep Dive
  • Target user: International students preparing for or adjusting to life in Glasgow.
  • Primary use case: Reducing uncertainty by helping students plan recurring routines such as food, money, movement, study and city navigation.
  • Product logic: Convert “I do not know how to manage this” into structured prompts, trackers and saved decisions under one student-life system.
  • Cross-device direction: Designed to work on both laptop and phone so planning can happen before departure and continue after arrival.
  • Retention hypothesis: Students return if the app becomes part of weekly planning rather than a one-time moving checklist.
  • Next validation step: Test the concept with international students moving to the UK and identify which module creates the strongest repeated use.
